    • Failure to deliver service as described (after review).

    • Once a service has been fully executed.

    • Paid advertising budgets (Meta, Google, etc.) as these are non-refundable by platforms.

    • Third-party tool costs (e.g., CRM subscriptions).

    • Clients should first contact support@hashesagency.com.

    • If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to Stripe/PayPal under their buyer protection.
