The founder of Nature’s Health Haven is a former clinical nutritionist turned entrepreneur who launched the brand to create a more transparent, effective, and mindful wellness product experience. To transform Nature’s Health Haven into a performance-driven brand, Hashes Agency developed a full-stack strategy that combined advanced targeting, automated nurturing, and behavior-driven conversion systems. Our approach began with in-depth audience research, segmenting potential buyers into distinct avatars — from holistic mothers and wellness-conscious professionals to chronic supplement seekers. This allowed us to craft messaging that directly addressed their pain points, such as fatigue, bloating, and poor sleep, and build trust through educational content rather than hard selling. We then engineered a multi-stage funnel using Go High Level and Shopify, starting with a product-match quiz that funneled users toward the most relevant products based on their wellness goals. Exit-intent popups and retargeting pages offered eBooks and bundle deals to re-engage drop-offs. For Ads, we built a three-phase Meta campaign: Top-of-Funnel videos shared relatable wellness struggles, Middle-of-Funnel creatives featured UGC testimonials and product benefits, and Bottom-of-Funnel ads focused on urgency-based offers with discounts and limited-time bundles. In the first 21 days alone, we tested over a dozen creatives and six core messaging angles to optimize results. To support conversion and retention, we implemented an AI-powered CRM strategy using Go High Level and Klaviyo. This included welcome email flows that educated leads, abandoned cart sequences with SMS follow-ups, and product-specific nurturing that aligned with customer interest (e.g., detox vs. hormone balance). Post-purchase, customers were guided through usage education, reorder reminders, and a VIP SMS club that increased retention and LTV. On the backend, we connected behavioral triggers (like scroll depth and time on page) to activate personalized messages, increasing re-engagement by 14.4X. All actions were tracked through real-time GHL dashboards and automated reporting, giving the founder complete visibility into lead sources, conversion rates, and ad performance. What began as a scattered Shopify store turned into a streamlined growth engine — with automation doing what once took hours of manual follow-up and guesswork.
